New Bylaws – New President Elect Position – ATASC Elections

ATASC Board revised the ATASC Bylaws. Click HERE to view the bylaws. The new bylaws can be found at the ATASC website. One of the biggest changes to the bylaws is the addition of a President Elect position borrowing best practices from other organizations such as ATAA. This position will add a valuable resource to the ATASC board, provide a familiarization period for the incoming  president,  and enable a more orderly transition between presidents. ATASC General Assembly and Elections are scheduled for Jan 23, 2010. Since this is the first time with the new bylaws, we will elect a President and a President Elect on Jan 23 for 2011-2012. There are also vacancies for a number of board members and CFO. If you are interested to serve in any of these voluntary positions, please let our Elections Commitee know. Send an e-mail to info@atasc.org, or let one of our board members know.  You will need to send a short biography including your previous voluntary activities.
